As part of the registration process on the Website, More Orgo Private Limited may collect information about you, such as Name including first and last name , email address, mobile phone number, contact details, Address, Postal code, Lifestyle preferences, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.) and information about the pages on the Website you visit/access, the links you click on the Website, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information.

Eligibility

Services of the Website would be available to only select geographies in India. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website. Account & Registration Obligations

All buyers have to register and login for placing orders on the Website. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the Website. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing or by contacting the customer support team.

Pricing

All the products listed on the Website will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. We reserve the full right to change the prices of our dairy products, and these changes will be updated on the website without prior notice to customers.

Cancellation by Website/Customer

Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made within 7 days after purchasing the product. After the suggested time period we won’t consider any order cancellation request.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the Website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
FROM TIME TO TIME, KLEEAR WILL SEND SOME PROMOTIONAL, AND HEALTHY TREATS. THESE TREATS ARE PURELY A COURTESY GESTURE FROM KLEEAR FOR ITS REGULAR CUSTOMERS/SUBSCRIBERS, AND THESE TREATS WILL BE GIVEN COMPLETELY ON DISCRETION OF KLEEAR MANAGEMENT.

Return & Refunds

We have a Return and Refund policy which entitles all our members to return the product in case product found damage or you are not happy with the quality. You should return the product immediately upon delivery. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Website. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

Quality Liability

More Orgo Private Limited is in the business of selling products listed on the Website and does not undertake the manufacturing of these products. We ensure basic quality checks like Labelling and Packaging of the glass bottles, etc. but are not liable for any medical/health/or other repercussions pertaining to the consumption of the product. The customer is solely responsible for the product she/he purchases and the effects of the consumption of these products are her/his responsibility including any expenses or costs that medical treatment or any other action may ensue.

Delivery

https://www.kleear.com/ is presently delivered for addresses in Delhi NCR only. For other areas please call on our direct number at +91-8882210294.
KLEEAR cannot commit fixed time for delivery. Delivery of our products is done seven days a week (Monday-Sunday) between 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. It may get delayed/cancelled/postponed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions, government regulatory activities, public holidays, festivals and any unpredictable circumstances. While placing orders, the customer shall be required to provide following details. After the order is accepted by KLEEAR, a confirmation email/message will be sent to the customer.

Name of the recipient
Flat number/bungalow number
Name of the building
Name of the road/street/marg
Contact number land line/mobile
Proper/familiar land mark
Email address

The delivery will be made on the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order. The consignment will not be redirected/redelivered to any other address at any circumstances. In case of civil disturbances, floods, heavy rains, national bandh or in happening of any other major event, we reserve the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery to another date. KLEEAR delivery person will attempt delivery of the dairy items once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery attempt will be made. KLEEAR will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases:

Delivery not done due to wrong address given by the customers
Non availability of the recipients at the address
Premises locked
Wrong phone number or phone not working or switched off or not reachable, when tried by the delivery person
Addressee refused to accept the products
Delivered the product at the security cabin of the building/Reception/Neighbour, based on the instructions from the customer.

Delivery Boys Liability

More Orgo Private Limited employs full-time delivery boys. More Orgo Private Limited is not responsible for any act of theft/vandalism/harassment cause by the delivery boys.

You Agree and Confirm

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by More Orgo Private Limited for redelivery shall be claimed from you. That you will use the services provided by the Website, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Website. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. More Orgo Private Limited reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and prohibit you from using the services/website without prior intimation whatsoever. That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
