Welcome to Kleear! We’re committed to delivering the high-quality borosilicate glass and glass products to your doorstep with utmost care.

We strive to ensure that everyone in the Kleear family has a seamless online shopping experience. Currently, we only deliver within the National Capital Region (NCR). If your pin code falls outside our delivery area, we will not be able to fulfil your order at this time.

At this time, we do not offer national and international shipping. If you are located outside India and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us at info@kleear.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

About Delivery

We currently deliver across Delhi NCR.
Here are the cities where we deliver our products –
> Noida
> Greater Noida
> New Delhi
> Gurugram

NOTE: Conditions apply based on the size of the order and the exact location. The actual time will also depend on these two factors.

How long will it take for my Kleear order to reach me?

Your order will ship within 24-48 hours of it being placed. It usually takes a maximum of 1-2 days for the order to reach the final destination.

How can I view the status of my order?

You will receive an email / WhatsApp notification confirming your order, payment and address details.
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a dispatch notification confirming that your order has been shipped. We aim to contact you via email or telephone if:

We require further information from you to process your order
We need to make changes to your order (e.g. availability dates, product upgrades)
We encounter problems during delivery

Taking delivery of your order:

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any damage. Do not accept the order if the box looks physically damaged or tampered with. No COD orders can be opened for inspection before payment of COD amount to the courier person.
Also do note that the products should be inspected within 7 days of receipt. You will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you have notified us of any damage within 7 days after receipt of the products. The risk of any damage, loss or deterioration of the products and liability to replace the same during transit till the point of delivery of order to you shall be on Kleear. Kleear shall not be liable for any damage caused after the order has been delivered to you.

Unlikely shipping delays:

If for any reason there is an unforeseen delay in shipping your order, we will make every attempt to let you know in advance via the contact details mentioned in your order.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall notify you about the same and seek your confirmation on shipment of available products in your order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
